About
Tai Chi is a gentle, meditative exercise that has become an important part of my daily life. For over 15 years, I have been practicing this amazing ancient art. I have learned that the benefits of Tai Chi are many including the connection between body and mind which can improve your mental and physical health dramatically.
As a certified instructor, my goal is to share this wonderful gift I was given by all my past teachers, especially my late mentor, Lynne Cove. She taught me all about kindness, compassion, and Qi cultivation that can be expressed and shared during the practice of each form.
